Outstanding Neurorehabilitation Clinician-Scientist (ONCS) Award
The Outstanding Neurorehabilitation Clinician-Scientist (ONCS) Award, based on the evaluation of his or her peers, honored scholarly achievements and contributions to knowledge about mechanisms of neural repair, translational research from mechanisms of repair to clinical practice, or clinical Neurorehabilitation. Nominations were invited from the membership of the American Society of Neurorehabilitation, and the ASNR Executive Committee selected the recipient of the award.
This award was merged with the Kenneth Viste, Jr., MD Memorial Lectureship Award in the fall of 2025 to create the Visionary Innovator in Science, Translation, and Education (V.I.S.T.E.) Award.
