2018 Exhibitor Information
Thank you for exhibiting at the 2018 ASNR Annual Meeting!
Exhibits will be held in the Aqua Ballroom Foyer at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego. All exhibit spaces include an 6 ft. skirted table and two side chairs. The exhibit area is carpeted. Please note, there will be no professional decorator services available. You must coordinate your own shipping of equipment/materials to and from the hotel as well as provide your own signage. Once we have finalized the floor plan for the exhibit space and posters, we will be requesting you complete our Exhibitor Confirmation form and indicate your preferred booth location. Every effort will be made to accommodate one of your preferred spaces, but cannot be guaranteed. Space assignment confirmation emails will be sent out once space decisions have been made. Please know that we will make every effort to ensure all tables are highly visible to our attendees and accommodate the space needs of each exhibitor.

Your registration materials/name badges will be placed on your table prior to opening registration on Thursday morning. Each Exhibit package includes two exhibit hall badges. If you would like to attend the scientific portion of the ASNR Annual Meeting, you will need to register and pay separately for that. On-site registration will be available at the meeting if there are any changes to your exhibit personnel; your on-site registration contact will be Margaret Hilger. Registration hours are 7:00 – 8:00 am on Thursday, November 1, 2018 and Friday, November 2, 2018. Name badges are required in the exhibit area.
