Getting to know Dr. Wu...

Q: Who had the greatest influence on you during your childhood?
A: My 3rd-grade teacher. She rewarded students by inviting us to her house. As a young kid, I thought it was the highest honor in my culture. I studies really hard to earn the opportunity.

Q: Do you have pets?
A: Yes, I have a rescue cat named Xena.

Q: What is your favorite book?
A: The latest one is “Born A Crime” by Trever Noah. In the book, Trever delivered many serious topics using his unique humor based on his own stories that I can relate to.

Q: If you could be or do anything else for a career – what would it be?
A: I would like to be a stand-up comedian.

Q: If you could have dinner with anyone, living or not, who would that be?
A: As right now, I would like to have dinner with Atlas, the world’s most dynamic humanoid.

Q: What is your favorite food?
A: I like spicy food. I appreciate all kinds of food so it’s hard to point out what the least favorite food it would be.

Q: Best advice anyone has given you?
A: Think about what you want to do in 10 years, and work towards that goal.

Q: What's the most unusual thing you've ever eaten?
A: As for food, thus far nothing is unusual for me.
