Hotel Information
Registration for the ASNR2026 Annual Meeting does not include hotel accommodations. ASNR has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the conference hotel at the rate of $249.00 per night. Reservations must be made by March 2, 2025. More information about the hotel can be found by clicking here.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Information
Due to increasing costs and decreasing participation, continuing education units will NOT be offered for this meeting. 

Cancellation – Risk Free Registration through January 30th
ASNR is offering risk free registration through Friday, January 30, 2026. Cancellation requests for the ASNR2026 Annual Meeting registrations received by Friday, January 30, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. After January 30th, no refunds will be offered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@asnr.com. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Photography Consent
Participation in this conference constitutes consent to ASNR to use the attendee’s image in still photography or video for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.

Use of Program Content
Information presented during the ASNR Annual Meeting is the property of ASNR and the presenter. Information may not be recorded, photographed, copied, photocopied, transferred to electronic format, reproduced, or distributed without the written permission of ASNR and the presenter. Any use of the program content which includes, but is not limited to, oral presentations, audiovisual materials used by speakers and program handouts without the written consent of ASNR is prohibited.

Event Modification or Cancellation
ASNR reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. ASNR also reserves the right to cancel this event.
