Q: What do you do to keep fit?
A: Cycling to and from work. Seeing NYC during the golden hours is one of the best parts of living here.

Q: One bucket list item you absolutely must do?
A: Astrotourism in the high deserts of Chile, or floating in the bioluminescent bays of Thailand - swimming in stars either way.

Q: What is a quote/phrase/motto you live by?
A: "Fortitudine Vincimus" - by endurance we conquer - the family motto of Ernest Shackleton.
He led a crew of 28 men on the catastrophic Imperial Trans-Antartic Expedition of 1914. They took on relentless and terrifying challenges, and all survived.
I think of their courage and perseverance when my own obstacles loom large.
