If you aren’t already an ASNR member, you can save money by becoming one and registering at the member rate.  Applications are available online and will also be available onsite at the meeting.

 

ASNR Annual Meeting Registration Rates
Early Rate for Members: $250
Standard Rate for Members: $300

Early Rate for Non-Members: $600
Standard Rate for Non-Members: $650

Early Rate for Student, Postdoc, and Resident Members: $100
Standard Rate for Student, Postdoc, and Resident Members:$125

Early Rate for Student, Postdoc, and Resident Non-Members: $225
Standard Rate for Student, Postdoc, and Resident Non-Members: $250

Attendee Guest Badge: $50
(A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a neurorehabilitation-related occupation or field.  A colleague or associate working in a related neurorehabilitation-related field or studying neurorehabilitation in school may NOT be registered and attend as a guest.  Registered guests may not attend the scientific sessions; however, they may visit the Exhibit Hall.)

Cancellation Policy:
ASNR will issue refunds, less a $25 administrative fee, upon receipt of written notice on or before October 1, 2018.  No refunds will be made after the registration deadline or for no-shows to the meeting.

Note: In some cases, the membership fee is allowable as a direct cost to a project if it reduces the overall cost of attending the Annual Meeting allocable to a project.  A print screen of the registration fee which includes language that supports the circumstances above is required.  Please check with your institution with regard to their policy.
