Hotel Reservation Instructions
The ACRM rate will be offered 3 DAYS before and after the meeting based on availability. The ACRM negotiated room rate is guaranteed until September 27, 2011.
After September 27, 2011, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability. As is the case with all associations, the ACRM and ASNR are liable for picking up a contracted room block at our headquarter hotel. Please show your support of our annual conference by booking your room at the Hyatt Regency.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Credit cards are needed to guarantee reservations, and reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit. Any reservation cancelled after 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows will forfeit one night's room and tax revenue.

No Smoking Policy

Transportation
The Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is located 19km / 12mi / 20 minute drive from the hotel. At the airport,go to the transportation booth at the airport and ask for a shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta downtown. One such shuttle is the Atlanta Airport Shuttle Connection (ASSC) +1.404.762.3007 where reservations are not necessary. This service runs 6 a.m. to midnight from the airport and it leaves the hotel every 10 and 40 minutes after the hour.

The Concierge can arrange a limousine service to pick guests up at thegate. Taxi service, Amtrak, Greyhound / Trailways buses,and MARTA service are additional options.

Medical Equipment Requests

It is recommended that attendees order equipment two weeks in advance of the conference and notify your Hotel of equipment arrival date. Rental equipment can be delivered and picked-up at the Hotel's Concierge Desk.
